The dough is then cooked on a hot griddle until it reaches the ideal level of perfection, resulting in a soft, warm product with just the right amount of brown bubbles to add some flavor.

The Swedish cheese we offer is also produced in the United States. This cow's milk cheese contains caraway seeds, providing it with a firm texture and a mild, pleasant taste. The soft yellow cheese, which originated in Sweden, can be served as an appetizer or enjoyed as a snack. Depending on the availability from our supplier, customers will receive either one whole wheel or two halves, with a total weight ranging from 2 to 2.5 pounds.
